Om Tryambak Yajamahe
Sugandhim Pushtee-Vardhanam ।
Urvarukmeva Bandhanaan

Meaning
Om. I adore and worship you the three-eyed Lord Shiva
the one who is fragrant and has norished all beings.
Free me from the bondage of this worldly life
free me from the fear of death by making me realize our immortal nature.
